Recipe Ingredients

1 cup
frozen wild blueberries
1 container (6 oz.)
fat-free vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup
(4 oz.)
1/2 cup
skim milk or soymilk
1 Tbsp.
honey
2 tsp.
grated fresh ginger root
1/4 tsp.
ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp.
sliced almonds

Instructions
